A copy of your surety bond can be emailed to you; however, it is the original surety bond, which will have our signature as Surety and which you will sign as Principal, that you’ll want to file with the city.
At $100 premium, the Little Rock contractor bond is issued for a one year period. Thereafter, the surety bond and the premium alike renew.
