A condition of licensing is that your business provides evidence of financial responsibility in the form of a $10,000 surety bond. The surety bond serves as a financial guarantee of your compliance with all provisions of the Act, as amended.

Your bond expires on September 30th on the year in which it is issued. Depending on the time of purchase and for the length of purchase, the premium can be adjusted to account for a period greater than 1 year.
