After payment of the $100 premium, our agency issues the bond to you along with a Power of Attorney (POA) form.
Upon receipt, you’ll sign your bond as Principal, and then file it along with the POA to the State Auditor’s office.
At $100 premium, the $5000 Montana public adjuster bond is issued to you for one year. Thereafter, your bond renews.
