Full a full term, the premium is $125 for a $25,000 surety bond, which may or may not be prorated; and for all other bond amounts, the premium is $100 regardless of the date of the surety bond’s purchase.

When you call us, we’ll take the application from you over the phone. This application consists of the basics: The name and your business contact information.
After payment of the premium, our agency issues your surety bond to you immediately. Included with your original surety bond will be a document notarized by our agency as surety. There will also be a Power of Attorney form and a financial statement.

Yaphank, NY 11980
Premium Prepayment Options
You also have the option to prepay your premium for up to 3 years for any bond amount you are required to purchase.
The premium prepayment option lengthens the time between renewals, while offering you a savings over annual renewals.
Regardless of the term of your bond chosen — 1, 2, or 3 years, the ending date will always be December 31st, and the renewal date January 1st.
