Wyoming appraisal management companies are required to obtain a $25,000 surety bond as a condition of licensing. This requirement is for both first time and renewal licensees.
You are automatically approved for the $25,000 Wyoming real estate appraisal management company bond.
The premium is 1%, $250 annually, and there is no credit check.
When you call us, we’ll ask you the name, exactly as it should appear on your appraisal management company bond. Then we’ll need the other basics: address, phone number, and email.
After payment of the premium, your bond and Power of Attorney form (POA) are issued to you immediately.
We’ll sign your bond as Surety; and upon receipt of your bond and POA form by mail, you’ll sign it as Principal.

The $250 premium for your appraisal management surety bond renews annually on the anniversary of your bond’s issuance.
