A prerequisite for licensing is that you furnish this government agency with a $5000 surety bond. Your surety bond renews on December 31st.
You are automatically for the $5000 Alaska premium finance company bond. The premium is just $100 annually, and there is no credit inquiry involved in its purchase.

After payment of the $100 premium, your bond and a Power of Attorney (POA) form are issued and mailed to you.
