If you are approved for this bond, you will qualify at a premium rate 1 ½%. Therefore, a $25,000 contractor bond will cost you $375; a $50,000 bond will have a premium of $750; and a $100,000 surety bond will have a premium of $1500.
Once issued, the Arkansas service contractor bond will have a term of one year. Thereafter, the bond’s premium will need to be paid again. An active surety bond must be on file with the Arkansas Department of Insurance as a condition of maintaining your license.
