As stated within your surety bond, its purpose is a financial guarantee which indemnifies any persons for the correction of errors made by an HVAC licensee or any agents of the same.
The HVAC contractor bond is furthermore a guarantee of your compliance with 54-5007 of the Idaho Code which specifically mandates the surety bond requirement.
