Nevada Gaming Establishment Bond
AmeriPro Surety Bonds | 844-589-9732
Surety Bond; Purpose and Amount
Nevada gaming establishments have the option to purchase a surety bond as a condition of licensing with the state.
Since you are in the business of awarding prizes, your surety bond requirement serves as a financial guarantee which ensures that either periodic payments or single cash payments will in fact be made should you default on your pay schedule for any reason.
While your surety bond has no preset amount, the amount required will be the greater of $25,000 or the amount of all money the betting/wagering accounts, page 32.
Qualifying and the Premium
Up to and inclusive of a $50,000 Nevada gaming establishment surety bond requirement, our agency issues this bond to you for 1%. We also do so without a credit check.
What this means for you is that up to the $50,000 threshold, you are automatically approved.
In such cases, our agency will take the application from you by phone and issue the bond to you after payment of the premium, along with a Power of Attorney form.
A surety bond requirement greater than $50,000 will require a completed and signed application. To facilitate this, we can send the application to you by DocuSign.
The completed application is then reviewed by a surety bond underwriter. This review includes a credit check inquiry. Good credit is required for approval for these higher amounts; and the premium is also 1%.
The completed surety bond, signed by our agency as Surety, will be signed by you as Principal upon receipt by mail. You will then file your surety bond and Power of Attorney form to:
