Employee leasing companies in New Hampshire are regulated by the state’s Department of Labor. A condition of licensing – new and/or renewal – is that such companies furnish evidence of a $100,000 surety bond in accordance with state regulations.
Qualifying for the $100,000 New Hampshire employee leasing company bond involves a basic surety bond application --- which we’ll begin with you over the phone, but which will also require your signature and that of a “witness” --- along with a business or personal credit review. The review and credit inquiry are conducted by our underwriters.
To be approved, good credit is required. Upon approval, the payment is 1%, $1000 annually.
Once your application is approved (depending on the time of the submission, it will take a few business hours) and the premium is paid, our agency issues this bond to you immediately.
Your surety bond, along with the Power of Attorney (POA) form, will be mailed to you. Upon receipt, you’ll sign your bond as principal, and thereafter file it along with your POA to:
